How to cook
Beat 2 eggs with 2/5 cup (100 g) sugar with a mixer. Add the flour, mixed with the baking powder, while beating with the mixer on the lowest possible setting.
Next add 2 tbsp oil and the milk.
Pour in the apples, peeled and thinly sliced, to the mixture.
Pour the mixture into a cake form of about 8″ (20 cm) and bake at 356°F (180 °C) for about 30 min.
Take the cake out of the oven and pour the topping over it - made from 1 egg beaten with 2 tbsp melted butter and 1/5 cup (60 g) sugar.
It's good to sprinkle it with coarsely chopped walnuts on top (I didn't have any though).
Return the cake mixture to the oven and bake another 15 min.
Once it cools a little, sprinkle it with powdered sugar!
