Tenderize the relaxed pork lightly with a mallet on a wooden board. Put all of the spices for the marinade in a bowl and stir energetically to mix.
Then smear each steak with it. Put the steaks in a large container with a lid in the fridge for 3 hours. Then take it out and leave at room temperature for the steaks to relax.
Heat the grill and grease it lightly. Grill each steak on both sides.
Serve the cooked steaks with a seasonal salad.
