Wash the tomatoes well, peel their skins and cut them into pieces. Put them in a blender and blend to a smooth mixture. Salt to taste.
You can distribute the juice into small bottles or jars. Seal them airtight with caps and sterilize for 20 min. after boiling point.
Store in the fridge if you intend to consume shortly. You can also add finely chopped parsley to the juice.
