How to cook
Pour the yeast in the milk with a little sugar and flour, leave to bubble.
In a bowl, mix together the oil, egg yolks, sugar, salt, add the effervescent yeast and knead a soft dough.
Let it sit for 30 min., roll it out to 1/4 thick, cut out shapes with cookie cutters and fry in moderately heated oil. Take them out onto paper.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
