How to cook
Beat the eggs with the salt and sugar. Put the baking soda to bubble in the yoghurt. Sift the flour.
Make a well in the flour and put all the spices, plus the oil, in it. Knead a dough. Divide it into 2-3 parts.
Roll out a sheet on a floured counter and use a wavy knife to cut out pitas in the shape of squares, rectangles.
Fry them in heated oil. The result is tasty pitas that are hollow inside. Eat with compote.
