Dice the bread. Arrange a layer of bread cubes in an oiled tray, then a layer of crumbled feta - continue until out of ingredients.
Beat together the eggs with the oil, then with the yoghurt (in which you've extinguished the baking soda beforehand). Pour this mixture over the bread and feta layers.
Bake the phyllo pastry in a preheated oven. Shortly before it's ready, take it out and sprinkle with the grated cheese. Bake until reddened.
