How to cook
Cut the pork tenderloin into steaks about 1/2″ (1 cm) thick. Tenderize them very lightly. Salt, rub with black pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice. Leave the meat for 30 min. in the fridge.
Clean the onions and chop them into thin slices. Cut the processed cheese into slices.
In a pre-oiled glass cook pot, arrange a layer of pork tenderloin, cover with a layer of sliced mushrooms, onions and processed cheese.
Repeat until out of products. Pour on the mixture of cream and white wine and bake at 370°F (190 °C) for about 120 min.
Serve with a garnish of sauteed vegetables.
