Clean and wash the vegetables, tear the cauliflowers into rosettes, cut the rest of the veggies.
Put everything in a large container and mix well. Pour the vinegar, salt, sugar and aspirins at the bottom of the jar.
Start filling the jars with veggies, while pressing them in very well. Top off with water and close the caps.
Shake and flip the jars over every day. After 10 days, the pickle is ready for consumption.
