Sift the flour in a bowl, add the melted butter, sugar and 1 tbsp water.
Knead the ingredients and leave to rest for 30 min.
Roll it out into a sheet the diameter of a small tray and transfer it to it.
Pour it over the dough and sprinkle on the remaining cinnamon.
Bake 35 min. in a 338°F (170 °C) oven.
