How to cook
Wash the onions, chop them finely and saute in the oil.
Wash the peppers, potatoes and tomatoes and chop them finely. Saute them also and add hot water.
Once they're almost ready, add the rice and spices to taste. Boil about 15 min.
Add the milk and butter. Once the dish reaches boiling point, take off the stove. Add the finely chopped parsley and serve.
