Stir together the eggs, milk, yoghurt, baking powder, sugar and vanillas in a bowl.
Heat the oven to 572°F (300 °C).
It's best to bake the phyllo pastry in a glass oven dish if possible.
Stack in the following order: smear the 1st sheet with oil, the 2nd with filling and so on, alternating, while also adding Turkish delight pieces where you deem appropriate.
After you place the final sheet, smear it with both filling and oil, poke holes in it with a fork so they seep down well. It'll look as if the phyllo pastry is swimming in the mixture.
Bake in the strong oven until reddened - about 15 min. Then cover with foil, lower the heat to 374°F (190 °C) and bake another 20 min., while keeping an eye on it.
Take it out of the oven and cover with a paper and a towel for 10 min. to keep it soft.
