Peppers for Stuffing for the Winter
- peppers - 100
- sea salt - 3 tbsp
This recipe will allow you to eat fresh-like peppers all winter long.
Put water to boil in a deep pot. Add the salt to dissolve.
Core the peppers, remove the seeds.
Then put them in the water. It needs to come to a boil again. Let boil for 5 min.
Next, dip them in cold water. Leave to drain.
You can pack the peppers tightly in jars next to one another, top off with water, cap and boil again or distribute them in bags, 10 per bag, and store in the freezer.
