A superb dough that you can use for making extraordinary round loaves and pitas. Activate the yeast with 1/2 cup milk, the sugar and 1 tbsp flour.
Whip the eggs with the remaining milk and yoghurt.
Add the oil and pour this into the sifted flour.
Start kneading until you get a dough that's soft to the touch, that doesn't stick, and smooth it out into a ball.
Even if you leave it a bit too soft, don't worry because you'll be adding more flour anyway when you're actually rolling it out.
