How to cook
Beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar with a mixer until whitened. Add the oil and milk, beat again on a lower setting this time, to prevent spraying.
Wash 2 apples, cut them into small cubes. Add them to the mixture.
Pour the cake mixture into an oiled and floured 9 1/2″ (24 cm) form with removable walls.
Cut the other 2 apples into thin slices and arrange on top of the mixture.
Sprinkle with the brown sugar, which you've mixed with 1 packet vanilla sugar.
Bake at 356°F (180 °C) for about 50 min.
