How to cook
Sift the flour and make a well in its middle. In it, pour the pre-dissolved in milk yeast, water, salt, egg, sugar and 2 tbsp oil.
Knead a medium thick dough and leave it to rise. Smear it with the rest of the oil and put it in a polyethylene bag. Put in the fridge. You can store it there for up to 5 days.
