Cut the meat into medium pieces, add salt and boil about 1 hour.
Cut the potatoes and carrot into coarse cubes in a deep tray and add the finely chopped onions and red pepper to them. Season with salt, savory, black pepper and the broth. Then pour in the tomato juice and stir everything very well until all the ingredients are mixed.
Pour in water to cover the products, arrange the meat at the very top.
Put foil on and bake in a preheated 392°F (200 °C) oven for about 1 hour 15 min.
Then take the foil off and bake another 15-20 min. until the meat is evenly baked and gains a golden crust.
By using the foil the meat turns out very tender and tasty.
