How to cook
Peel the potatoes and make cuts on them every 1/2â€³ (1 cm) or so but not all the way through. Put them on baking paper and bake at 338Â°F (170 Â°C) for 30 min., while opening up the cuts periodically.
While baking, chop up the pork fillet and part of the cheese, grate the other part.
Take the semi-baked potatoes out of the oven and stick fillet and cheese in the cuts. Return to the oven for another 15 min.
Shortly before they're ready, sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese and once it gains an appetizing crisp, they're ready to serve.
