  • chili peppers - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • parsley - 1 bunch
  • garlic - 1 head
  • honey - 1 tbsp
  • vinegar - 5 tbsp
  • vegetable oil - 4 tbsp
  • salt - to taste

Wash and dry the chili peppers. Make some small holes in them with a needle. Put them on a heated grill pan and grill until ready.

Peel the garlic, chop the cloves. To it, add the washed and finely chopped parsley.

Mix together the honey, salt and vinegar, stir well, then add the oil and garlic.

Pour this over the peppers and leave them for 1-2 hours to soak in the marinade.

Arrange them in a plate and sprinkle with fresh parsley.

Serve the toasty peppers as a quick appetizer.

They're a traditional and inseparable part of many dishes.

Tip: Before serving, you can peel off the peppers' skins so they don't irritate the digestive tract.find similar recipes here
