Knead a dough from the products listed, divide it into equal-sized parts, form each one into a ball.
Arrange the dough balls in a tray and pour oil over them generously. Leave the dough to rest and relax for 10-15 min.
In the meantime, prepare the filling by mixing the products for it.
Take a dough ball and stretch it out into a circle on a sheet of foil. Once stretched out to a large sheet, pour a little oil on it and several spoons of the filling.
Wrap it into a roll using the foil.
Place it in an oiled tray in a spiral arrangement, starting from the middle.
Form the entire phyllo pastry this way, leave it to rest for 10 min. and then bake at 356°F (180 °C) for 30-35 min.
Sprinkle water over the baked phyllo pastry and cover with a towel to smother before serving.
