Put it in an oiled bowl and leave to rise. Then spread it out into a sheet about 1/2″ (1 cm) thick. Using a cup, cut out circles from it and make holes in them with your finger or utensil.
Arrange thus prepared donuts onto baking paper. Bake in a moderate oven until ready.
Take the baked donuts out to cool. Smear them with a glaze made from the products listed. Decorate with chocolate and sugar sprinkles.
