Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the whites to snow.
Gradually add the sugar, while continuing to beat. Add the egg yolks 1 by 1.
Stir and add the sifted flour and vanilla, while stirring carefully with a spatula now.
Pour the mixture into an oiled and sprinkled with flour form. Bake at 356°F (180 °C) for 25-30 min.
