Roll the feta cheese cubes in spices of your choice and arrange them carefully into jars. Then pour olive oil over them and store in a cool area.
The ones I made:
- 1 set with feta cheese and capers.
- 2nd set with mixed spices and green olives stuffed with red pepper.
- 3rd set were spicy - rolled in crumbled, dry, chili pepper flakes and basil.
