Ingredients

  • tomatoes - 22 lb (10 kg)
  • salt - 1 tbsp per jar
  • parsley - 1 bunch

Preparation

Dip the washed tomatoes in boiling water for about 1 min., then wash them with cold water until they cool. Peel the skins and chop the tomatoes coarsely.

Fill your prepared jars with them and add the salt and a few leaves of parsley.

Seal the jars and sterilize them for half an hour. Once they cool, you can take them out and flip with the caps down.
