"Fried livers for the soul - consume hot with a cold beer and pleasant company."

Ingredients

  • chicken livers - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • onions - 4 large heads
  • black pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • parsley - 1/2 tsp
  • salt - to taste
  • oil - for braising

How to cook

Dice the onions coarsely in a pan. Add oil and turn the stove on.

Once the onions are braised a bit, add the cleaned and washed livers (don't cut them, leave them coarse).

With the livers add in the black pepper, parsley and salt as well.

Fry the dish well and take it off the stove. They taste best when eaten while still hot.
