How to cook
Wash and clean the gizzards well.
Boil them in salted water in a pressure cooker. Take them out of the broth and chop finely.
Strain the broth and pour it into a pot along with the gizzards.
Pour in the milk to them and add salt to taste. Boil about 20 min.
Heat oil in a pan, add flour, bake until golden, add paprika and pour this into the soup.
Separately, mash garlic and mix it with vinegar to season the soup with if desired.
