Clean the chicken of its skin, clean the potatoes and chop them lengthwise.
In a separate bowl, mix the potatoes with the dill, salt and 2-3 tbsp olive oil. Roll the chicken whole in 1-2 tbsp universal seasoning.
First pour the potatoes in a glass cook pot, move them out of the middle, place the chicken there with its breast facing down.
You can sprinkle on a little more seasoning if you don't feel it's enough.
Cut the butter into thin sheets and arrange them on top of the chicken and potatoes. Cover with the pot's lid and bake in a moderate oven for 1 hour and 15-20 min. or until ready.
When you take it out, you can smear it again with a little butter on the crispy areas.
