Knead a dough, form balls the size of a large walnut from it. Arrange them in a tray laid out with baking paper.
Smear with egg on top and sprinkle with sugar. Bake in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven until reddened.
If you prefer a sweeter taste, add more sugar because they don't turn out that sweet with the ingredients listed. Bon appetit!
