How to cook
Saute the meat after cutting it into bites.
Cut the onion into crescents, saute them about 20 min.
Pour in the wine, spices and water.
Boil until ready and if needed, thicken with flour.
Boil the potatoes very well.
Mash them, add the milk, butter, salt and black pepper.
You can add rice too but we like it like this at my house.
