How to cook
Clean the fish, wash and dry it.
Mix the salt, black pepper, lemon juice and olive oil and chop several garlic cloves finely.
Rub the fish with this mixture inside and out, place lemon slices under and on top of the fish, wrap with foil and bake at 392°F (200 °C) for 20 min.
Finally, unwrap it and crisp for a final 5-10 min.
