How to cook
Lay out the phyllo pastry sheets. Cut each Vienna sausage into 4 lengthwise and put 1 piece along the short side of each sheet.
Fold in the longer sides and start wrapping the Vienna sausage in the sheet.
Do this for all of the sheets.
Dip the cigars in the beaten eggs and fry in heated oil until golden, while flipping them over on the other side as well.
