Chop the ingredients into pieces and mix them in a jar, add the cinnamon as is without crumbling it to pieces.
Leave it for 24 hours at room temperature, shake the jar periodically to blend the ingredients, then store in the fridge.
Take 1 tsp of it every morning and night.
Besides healthy, it's also really delicious.
