Beat the baking soda in the yoghurt.
Sift the flour and make a well in the middle, pour the bubbled yoghurt in it, plus the eggs and salt.
Stir with a fork, the mixture must not be too runny or too thick. When you scoop it with a spoon and put it in the frying pan it needs to stay in a round circle and not run.
Heat the oil and fry the fritters from the mixture.
Serve with jam and feta cheese.
