Cut the meat into bits and put them to fry with a little water and salt. Fry until golden. Cut the potatoes into strips and fry them as well.
In oven-safe clay plates, first put the potatoes, then meat and chopped fillet on top.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and put it in the oven to melt or redden, however you like it.
After you take it out, sprinkle with paprika and garnish a tomato, pepper and parsley.
