Ingredients

  • dough
  • yeast - 2 tbsp (30 g)
  • sugar - 1 tbsp
  • water - 1 2/3 cups (400 ml)
  • oil - 3 tbsp
  • vinegar - 1 tbsp
  • salt - 1 tbsp
  • flour - 3 cups (700 g)
  • for rolling
  • oil
  • butter
  • savory
  • paprika - sweet and spicy
  • black pepper
  • cumin
  • chutney - homemade

Preparation

Knead a standard bread dough, let it rise for 30-40 min. in a warm area. Oil a large cake form.

Mix 3-4 tbsp homemade chutney with 2 tbsp oil in a large bowl. Mix the dry spices in a plate.

Tear small balls from the dough and dip them in the chutney, then arrange the first layer in the form.

For the 2nd layer, smear each ball with butter and sprinkle with the dry products. For the 3rd layer, dip the balls in chutney and continue in this order until you're out of dough or you've filled the form.

Let it rise for 10 min. and bake in a preheated oven. Enjoy!
