How to cook
Make cuts in the peppers lengthwise, down to the seeds. Heat a little oil and braise them for 2 min. Take them out into a plate.
In the same oil, break the eggs and put a lid on. Braise until the yolks poach slightly. Carefully remove them into a plate.
In a bowl, mix the yoghurt with the pressed or chopped garlic.
Add the crumbled feta cheese, pinch of salt and stir. Pour part of the sauce in a tray and arrange the peppers and egg on top of it. Add the remaining sauce, without covering the yolks.
In the oil in which you braised the chili peppers, braise the paprika. Pour it over the dish and sprinkle with parsley.
