First, clean the peppers, remove their stems and wash them. Cut them into medium-sized pieces.
You can cut each pepper into 3 pieces for example. In a large bowl, pour the vinegar, oil, sugar and salt.
Stir until they melt. Pour a few allspice grains, black pepper grains, chopped parsley and bay leaf in each jar.
Pour about 2 finger widths of marinade at the bottom of the jar. Arrange the chopped peppers.
Place a few round slices of garlic in between them. Top off with water. Sterilize for 20-30 min.
