  • blueberries - 4.5 lb (2 kg)
  • gelling sugar - 2 lb (1 kg) (2:1)
  • lemon juice - 1 - 2 tsp or 1 tsp citric acid


Wash the blueberries.

Pour the sugar over them and let them sit as is for 4-6 hours.

Put the container on the stove and heat while stirring until it boils, then cook 10 min.
