Dip the biscotti in the boiled coffee. Arrange a layer of them along the bottom of a cake form.
Make the 2 puddings following packet directions. Add milk and chocolate spread to the chocolate one.
Soak the gelatin in a few tbsp water so that it swells. Dissolve it in a water bath and leave it to cool.
Distribute it evenly among the 2 puddings. Then pour the 2 mixtures over the biscotti. Arrange the chopped fruits on top and continue alternating between layers of biscotti and pudding.
Leave the cake in the fridge until it hardens.
