Dice the veal. Put the oil in a pot, add the veal pieces and 1 cup water.
Saute, then braise the meat well until reddened. Add the chopped onions and carrots, salt and spices.
Pour in another 2 cups water and leave it to simmer on low heat until the meat softens completely.
Once ready, add the peas and continue cooking a final 10-15 min.
