Butter muffin forms. Bake and peel the peppers. Clean each pepper of the seeds and cut it into several parts.
Arrange them in the forms so that they spill out of the muffin forms. Crumble the feta cheese in a bowl and add the chopped parsley.
In another bowl, beat the egg with the cream, add this to the feta cheese. Stir well and distribute the mixture into the muffin forms with peppers.
Cover with the ends of the peppers that spill out. Bake in a 392°F (200 °C) oven about 20 min. or until ready. Take them out of the oven and leave to cool.
Then carefully take them out of the forms. Arrange in plates. Mix the sour cream with the mayo and spices. Serve this sauce with the appetizer.
