Ingredients

  • pork livers - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • eggs - 2
  • flour - 2 - 3 tbsp
  • milk - 2/5 cup (100 ml), or beer
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • soaking
  • milk - 1 cup (250 ml)

How to cook

Cut the pork livers into pieces and pour the milk over them. Leave them in the fridge for 1 hour. Strain and dry them. Beat the eggs with the milk and flour.

Add the salt and black pepper. Dip the liver pieces in the breading and fry in heated oil.

Be careful because it sprays. Take them out onto paper towels to drain the excess oil.
