Cut the pork fillet into pieces, In a bowl, mix all the ingredients excluding the onions.
Roll the pork steaks well in the resulting marinade. Leave them for 2-3 hours in the fridge.
Cut the onions into round slices. Arrange the steaks in a fan in a suitable tray, alternating between them and onion slices.
Sprinkle with olive oil or oil and cover with foil. Bake at 392°F (200 °C) for 30-35 min. or until the meat softens.
Toward the end of baking, remove the foil so the dish crisps.
Suitable garnish: mushroom sauce and spicy potatoes.
