How to cook
In a bowl, beat the eggs, add the yoghurt and stir well. To the mixture, add the flour, which you've sifted and mixed with the salt and baking powder beforehand.
Stir very well to a homogeneous, thick, nonstick dough.
Leave the dough to rest and bubble slightly for 10 min. Heat the oil, lower the stove to low. The fritters need to fry slowly on all sides to a golden brown.
Dip a spoon in the heated oil, then scoop from the dough, form a ball and put it in the oil. Repeat this process for all of the dough.
Arrange the fried fritters in a plate laid out with baking paper, to absorb the excess oil.
