Dice the potatoes and bake them in the oven. Once reddened, add the onions to them which you've cut into slices. Arrange the chicken legs on top.
Salt and sprinkle with spices. Pour the orange juice over the dish and return to the oven for 30 min.
Then sprinkle with the grated cheese and processed cheese. Pour on the tomatoes (peeled and slightly mashed, without the water) and peas.
Return to the oven and bake another 35 min.
