Mix the mince with the grated onions, slice of bread, egg and spices. Cut the chicken fillet into strips.
Form balls from the mince and fill them with the finely chopped pickles, mushrooms and processed cheese.
Cross 3 fillet strips, place a ball of mince in the middle and cover the mince with the ends.
Do this for the rest of the mince. Arrange the meatballs in a buttered oven dish.
Smear BBQ sauce on them, sprinkle with coarsely ground mixed pepper, cover with foil and bake in a 392°F (200 °C) oven.
Toward the end of baking, remove the foil, smear with sauce again and bake until golden.
Serve with salad, French fries and BBQ sauce.
