Put the fish in a tray after cleaning, washing and draining them well. Put salt and make cuts along their tops, put the lemon slices in them (in the stomach as well).
In a pan, lightly fry the round potato slices and green pepper just until slightly softened. Pour all this into the tray with the fish.
Add black pepper, a little water and bake at 392°F (200 °C) for 30-40 min.
