How to cook
Clean the onions and chop them finely. Saute them in a little of the oil until softened. Add the well-washed chicken legs and braise.
Add the paprika, cleaned and diced potatoes.
Stir and add the finely chopped tomatoes. Season with salt. Add 3 cups warm water.
Cook on low heat until the chicken legs soften and the potatoes and dish are left in just oil. Add the parsley and spearmint.
