Sift the flour. Put the baking soda in the vinegar. Beat the egg. Add the yoghurt, baking powder, oil. Mix all of these ingredients and add them to the flour.

Add the cool water. Stir with a spoon until absorbed by the flour and start to knead. If needed, add more flour, until you've obtained a soft dough.

Leave it to relax. Oil a cake form with a ring. Shape the loaf in it. Poke with a fork and bake in a preheated oven.

Sprinkle the baked loaf with water and cover it with a clean towel until softened.
