Add the cool water. Stir with a spoon until absorbed by the flour and start to knead. If needed, add more flour, until you've obtained a soft dough.
Leave it to relax. Oil a cake form with a ring. Shape the loaf in it. Poke with a fork and bake in a preheated oven.
Sprinkle the baked loaf with water and cover it with a clean towel until softened.
