In the warm milk, dissolve the yeast, add the rest of the products, knead a soft dough, leave it to rise. Divide it into 4 balls, roll out each one to the size of a plate and smear with butter.
Arrange thus rolled out sheets one atop the other, roll them out together into 1 large sheet.
Smear again with butter, sprinkle with feta cheese and wrap into a roll. Cut it into 2 lengthwise, twist each one and arrange them in a spiral shape. Leave to rise in the buttered tray and smear with the remaining yolk on top.
Bake the tutmanik at 356°F (180 °C) until ready.
