Chop the cleaned peppers into small pieces. Heat the oil and put them to braise slightly.
Break the eggs on top 1 by 1, stir slightly after the last 1, add a little salt, the lemon rind and white pepper.
Once the eggs solidify, remove from the stove and add the crumbled feta cheese. Transfer the scrambled eggs with peppers in a heated plate.
Sprinkle the dish lightly with paprika and finely chopped parsley and serve.
